Abstract:
Wir bieten hier eine kommentierte Übersetzung des ersten jemals veröffentlichten Artikels von Henri Duveyrier. Es handelt sich im Wesentlichen um ein Lexikon von vier Berberdialekten. Die Referenz des Originals ist "Notizen über vier berberische Völkerschaften, während einer Reise in Algerien nach dem Hallûla-See und nach Laghuât im Februar, März un April 1857 gesammelt", Zeitschrift der Deutschen Morgenländischen Gesellschaft, Vol. 12, No. 1, 1858, pp.176-186. Zum Zeitpunkt der Veröffentlichung im Januar 1858 war der Autor noch keine 18 Jahre alt. Es ist das Werk eines fast Heranwachsenden, mit dem damit verbundenen Einfallsreichtum und Charme. ; We offer here an annotated translation of the first article ever published by Henri Duveyrier. It is essentially a lexicon of four Berber dialects. The reference of the original is "Notizen über vier berberische Völkerschaften, während einer Reise in Algerien nach dem Hallûla-See und nach Laghuât im Februar, März un April 1857 gesammelt", Zeitschrift der Deutschen Morgenländischen Gesellschaft, Vol. 12, No. 1, 1858, pp.176-186. At the time of its publication in January 1858, the author was not yet 18 years old. It is the work of an almost adolescent, with the ingenuity and charm that this implies. ; Nous proposons ici une traduction annotée du premier article jamais publié par Henri Duveyrier. Il s’agit pour l’essentiel d’un lexique de quatre dialectes berbères. La référence de l’original est « Notizen über vier berberische Völkerschaften, während einer Reise in Algerien nach dem Hallûla-See und nach Laghuât im Februar, März un April 1857 gesammelt », Zeitschrift der Deutschen Morgenländischen Gesellschaft, Vol. 12, No. 1, 1858, pp.176-186. Au moment de sa parution, en janvier 1858, l’auteur n’avait pas encore 18 ans. C’est l’oeuvre d’un presque adolescent, avec l’ingénuité et le charme que cela suppose.
