Abstract:
Para a compreensão da atuação da gestão escolar perante o desafio de desenvolver uma educação inclusiva relativamente ao processo educativo dos alunos surdos, procurou-se aprofundar o tipo de gestão mais eficiente e eficaz para a promoção de uma educação de qualidade para todos, compreendendo os desafios que são necessários enfrentar para que se consigam colocar em prática os conceitos teóricos existentes relativamente à inclusão. Através de uma pesquisa qualitativa de natureza descritiva, fundamentada principalmente numa observação participativa e em pesquisa documental, relacionaram-se os desafios da docência para com o processo de ensino e aprendizagem que valorizassem as diferenças através de estratégias e recursos pedagógicos específicos como forma de proporcionar a igualdade no desenvolvimento das aquisições do saber a todos os alunos, incluindo aqui os que têm necessidades educativas especiais, mais propriamente os alunos surdos. Existe uma estreita relação entre as temáticas da Inclusão e da diversidade que são temas que constam nas discussões na área educacional. Parte-se do pressuposto de que a atual proposição política para uma gestão democrática e a Inclusão Escolar deverá estar sustentada em princípios que se estiverem bem articulados entre si, irão contribuir para a inclusão dos alunos com diversidade funcional, a sua permanência na escola e a sua inserção na sociedade efetivamente. A gestão democrática é um processo político através do qual os participantes na escola discutem, deliberam, planeiam, solucionam problemas, acompanham, controlam e avaliam o conjunto das ações votadas ao desenvolvimento da própria escola. Este estudo resultou da observação reflexiva do ambiente escolar e dos desafios da educação inclusiva e da gestão escolar numa escola de referência do ensino secundário situada no distrito de Setúbal. Procurou-se contribuir para a reflexão sobre o papel do gestor escolar no processo de construção de uma escola que é de e para todos. ; For understanding the school management activities with the challenge of developing inclusive education in relation to the education of deaf students, sought to deepen the type of more efficient and effective management for the promotion of quality education for all, including the challenges that are needed to face that are able to put into practice the existing theoretical concepts on the inclusion. Through a qualitative research of descriptive nature, based mainly on participant observation and documentary research, the challenges of teaching is related to the process of teaching and learning that valorize the differences through specific teaching strategies and resources in order to provide equality in the development of the acquisition of knowledge to all students, There is a close relationship between the themes of inclusion and diversity issues that are listed in the discussions in the educational area. This is on the assumption that the current political proposition for democratic management and the school Inclusion should be sustained in principles that are well articulated, will contribute to the inclusion of students with functional diversity, its permanence in school and their integration into society effectively. The democratic management is a political process through which the participants in school discuss, eliberate, plan, troubleshoot, monitor, control and evaluate the set of actions voted the school's own development. This study resulted from reflective observation the school environment and the challenges of inclusive education and school management in a secondary school reference school in the district of Setúbal. We sought to contribute to the reflection on the role of school management in the process of building a school that is and for all.
