Abstract:
В статье впервые исследуются лингвокультурные особенности современных текстов завещаний на новогреческом и русском языках. Поставленная цель обусловила необходимость рассмотрения видов завещаний в греческом и российском гражданском законодательстве, сравнения композиции документов на обоих языках, установления различий в содержании и манере изложения информации, а также проведения анализа изучаемых текстов на всех языковых уровнях. Проведённое исследование показало, что, в отличие от российских, греческие завещания чрезмерно описательны и перенасыщены информацией. Им свойственны лексическая неоднородность, морфологическая вариативность и синтаксическая громоздкость, являющиеся следствием продолжающегося влияния книжной разновидности новогреческого языка (т. н. кафаревусы) на нынешний официально-деловой стиль. Современные русские тексты завещаний благодаря постоктябрьским реформам языка и законодательства, напротив, отличаются более простой композицией и стилем.The present article constitutes the first attempt to establish the main linguocultural features of the texts of last will in Modern Greek and Russian. The aim of the research has determined the need to analyze the types of last will in both Greek and Russian Civil Code, to compare the structure of the texts in both languages as well as the way of presenting information in them. The final stage of the research includes the analysis of the texts in question on every level of language. The conducted research has shown that, unlike Russian documents, Greek texts of last will are characterized by informational abundance and are excessively descriptive. Other distinctive features of Greek documents include their lexical heterogeneity, morphological variability and syntactic awkwardness, which is a natural consequence of the ongoing influence of bookish katharevousa on the modern style of official documents. On the contrary, the structure and style of contemporary Russian texts of last will are much more simple, which is due to radical language and law reforms carried out after the October Revolution of 1917.
