Abstract:
Abstract The use of paremias in societies where the orality is still prevalent holds an important place. Besides the fact that paremias result from a transmission of an imaginary and representation of the world, shared and inherited. It is the use that is made of it that explains this importance. However, orality is already doing a great deal in the face of the transition to the writing, which is not without tension. The fact of being confronted in addition with so-called “diglossic” situations, originally from the colonial era and now a pillar of the postcolonial situation via the language policy implemented by the States, makes paremiological competence even more fragile. As is the case for the Somalis of Djibouti whom in less than a generation we observe such a situation, as emerges through an analysis within the framework of dialogism which allows to appreciate the situation.Key words: Proverb-Somali-Diglossia-Djibouti-Paremiological competence ; Résumé L’usage des parémies dans les sociétés où l’oralité est encore prégnante, tient une place importante. Outre le fait que découle des parémies une transmission d’un imaginaire et une représentation du monde, partagés et hérités ; c’est l’usage même qui en est fait qui explique cette importance. Cependant l’oralité a déjà fort à faire au processus complexe du passage à l’écrit qui n’est pas sans tension. Mais avec l’instauration de situations dites « diglossiques », via les politiques linguistiques mises en place par les Etats, une fragilisation de la compétence parémi(ologi)que est inévitable. Comme c’est le cas pour les Somalis de Djibouti chez lesquels en moins d’une génération on observe une telle situation, comme cela ressort au travers d’une analyse dans le cadre du dialogisme qui permet d’apprécier la situation.Mots clés : Proverbe-Somali-Diglossie-Djibouti-Compétence parémi(ologi)que
