Lehnwörter in der kulinarischen Lexik des Serbischen

Abstract:
Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit Lehn- und Fremdwörtern in serbischer Sprache, die thematisch mit dem Bereich der Kulinarik verwandt sind. Es wurde untersucht, aus welchen Sprachen die kulinarischen Entlehnungen in die serbische Sprache übernommen und wie sie der serbischen Sprache phonetisch, orthographisch, morphologisch und semantisch angepasst wurden. Da es kein Wörterbuch kulinarischer Lehnwörtern im Serbischen gibt, bestand das Ziel der Arbeit darin, diese zu finden und an einem Ort zu vereinen. Nach Entlehnungen wurde aus sieben Sprachen gesucht und die Lexeme wurden in vier vordefinierten Kategorien unterteilt. Es wurde eine umfassende Analyse der vorhandenen etymologischen und Fremdwörterbücher durchgeführt, wobei alle kulinarischen Lehnwörter herausgegriffen und ihre Bedeutung sowie ihre etymologische Herkunft dann verglichen wurden. Die Arbeit bietet eine kategorisierte Sammlung von 360 Entlehnungen aus dem Bereich der Kulinarik und zeigt die Geschichte des sprachlichen Kontakts zwischen der serbischen Sprache und den Sprachen, aus denen diese Wörter stammen. ; The present work deals with borrowed and foreign words in the Serbian language, which are thematically related to the field of cuisine. It was investigated from which languages the culinary loanwords were adopted into the Serbian language and how they were phonetically, orthographically, morphologically and semantically adapted to the Serbian language. Since there is no dictionary of culinary loanwords in Serbian, the aim of the work was to find them and bring them together in one place. Loanwords were searched for from seven languages and the lexemes were divided into four predefined categories. A comprehensive analysis of the existing etymological and foreign dictionaries was carried out, whereby all culinary loanwords were singled out and their meaning as well as their etymological origin were then compared. The work offers a categorized collection of 360 loanwords from the culinary field and shows the history of linguistic contact between the Serbian language and the languages which these words originate from.
