Abstract:
Раскрывается понимание здорового образа жизни как единства общих и индивидуальных характеристик жизнедеятельности посредством рассмотрения его субъектно-объектного содержания. Определена необходимость преодоления текущей повседневности в воспроизводстве здорового образа жизни. Выявлена роль индивидуальных личностно-детерминированных форм поведения как основы воспроизводства здорового образа жизни. Предложено понимание здорового образа жизни как индивидуально сформированной личностно-ориентированной модели поведения. ; Lifestyle of each person is a dialectical unity of the general and the individual. Defining the general and the individual in lifestyle is most clear in the consideration of a healthy lifestyle in terms of the subject-object content. Relevance of research on healthy lifestyles through the prism of the categories “general” “individual” is due to the need to determine the role of man in the reproduction of a healthy lifestyle in the context of increased morbidity associated with lifestyle factors and the lack of popularity of a healthy lifestyle at the stage of its implementation. In the article, when discussing healthy lifestyle in terms of its content, the two most important of its components are stated: human activities and the environment in which they takes place. The objective component of lifestyle, objective living environment, mediates general, most common forms of behavior. Nevertheless, all of the common forms of behavior acquire unique features in a separate action of a person. It happens due to the influence of personal interests, goals, values, rights and inner world. The process of individualization of the most typical forms of behavior is continuous. One of the possible variants of this process is leading a healthy lifestyle, that is supplementing common behavior with individual traits that make human action an element of a healthy lifestyle. This explains the important role of individual forms of behavior within the reproduction of a healthy lifestyle. The article describes the phenomenon of everyday life as an attribute of life. An integral part of a healthy lifestyle is the primary overcoming of everyday life. The article emphasizes the unique character of the unique lifestyle of each person as their most important attribute. In this regard, regular behavior corresponding to the traditional understanding of a healthy lifestyle is atypical for a person. This determines the complexity of leading a healthy lifestyle. As a result, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. A healthy lifestyle should have diverse forms of implementation, an ability to be interpreted and practiced individually. 2. A healthy lifestyle is primarily a special philosophy of life. It assumes knowledge of the fundamentals of interaction of lifestyle and health, spiritual and physical self-improvement, which helps a person protect and improve health. 3. A healthy lifestyle as a life philosophy involves formulating human activities on the preservation and improvement of health. Specific forms of healthy lifestyles should be expressed in individual person-oriented behaviors.
