Abstract:
В статье исследуется эффективность сравнительно-сопоставительного подхода к обучению иностранным языкам и определяется роль родного языка в этом процессе. Приводятся аргументы «за» и «против» включения родного языка в процесс обучения иностранным языкам на основе критического анализа научной и учебно-методической литературы по теме исследования. Обосновано, что такой подход позволяет проводить параллели в двух языках: родном и иностранном, что способствует осознанному и эффективному усвоению языковых явлений изучающими иностранный язык. Экспериментально доказано, что сравнительно-сопоставительный подход к обучению иностранному языку значительно увеличивает количество усваиваемого учебного (лексического и грамматического) материала, что способствует решению стратегической задачи обучения иностранному языку в средней школе – формированию вторичной языковой личности. Some perform the role of its proponents, others are its opponents. The issue of the preservation of native languages and cultures has always attracted public attention. In this context, the problem of the usage of mother tongue in teaching foreign languages through their comparison is becoming especially essential. In this paper, the authors offer a comparative approach with the aim in view to compare students’ L1 with the target language (L2). The authors assumed that this approach provides the conscious and effective assimilation of language phenomena by L2 learners in the classroom.
