Abstract:
O setor feirístico tem grande relevância no cenário econômico nacional e internacional, pois fomenta o intercâmbio de contatos comerciais e novos negócios e está em constante expansão. Ainda que seja uma área forte no Brasil e no mundo, não se encontram disponíveis no mercado materiais terminográficos para os profissionais envolvidos nesse setor (expositores, empresas organizadoras de feiras, promotoras, visitantes, intérpretes e tradutores). Para preencher essa lacuna, considerando a importância da participação em feiras de negócios para o crescimento da economia interna e a expansão das exportações, o objetivo geral deste trabalho é identificar a terminologia multilíngue do domínio das feiras com o objetivo específico de elaborar um dicionário terminológico unidirecional do português para o inglês, o francês e o italiano de termos desse setor. Para tanto, baseamo-nos nos conceitos da Teoria Comunicativa da Terminologia (CABRÉ, 1993, 1999), Equivalência Terminológica (DUBUC, 1985, 1992), Variação Terminológica (FAULSTICH, 1998, 2001) e Linguística de Corpus (BERBER SARDINHA, 2004); reunimos corpora de estudo nas 4 línguas (guias e manuais do expositor); fizemos o levantamento dos candidatos a termo com o auxílio da WordSmith tools (MIKE SCOTT, 2012), elencando-os em fichas terminológicas criadas por meio da ferramenta SDL MultiTerm (2017). Os 311 termos estudados em cada língua foram analisados em seus contextos de uso e os ganchos terminológicos levantados para o estabelecimento das equivalências. Para este artigo, apresentamos as etapas metodológicas, o método de estabelecimento de equivalências, a macro e microestrutura e modelos de verbetes e informações numéricas acerca do dicionário. ; The trade show sector has great relevance in the national and international economic scenario, as it foments the exchange of commercial contacts and new businesses and it is constantly expanding. Although it is a strong area in Brazil and abroad there are not terminographic materials available on the market for the use of professionals involved in this industry (exhibitors, trade show organizers, promoters, visitors, interpreters and translators). To fill this gap, considering the importance of participating in trade shows for the growth of the domestic economy and the expansion of exports, the overall aim of this research is to analyze the terms of this sector, with the specific goal of compiling an unidirectional terminological dictionary from Portuguese to English, French and Italian. The study is based on the Communicative Theory of Terminology (CABRÉ, 1993, 1999), Terminological Equivalence (DUBUC, 1985, 1992), Terminological Variation (FAUSTICH, 1998, 2001) and Corpus Linguistics (BERBER SARDINHA, 2004). To develop this work, we gathered corpora in the four languages (guides and manuals for exhibitors). To collect the terms WordSmith tools (version 6.0) developed by Mike Scott (2012) was used and the terms were stored in terminological records created from SDL MultiTerm (2017). The 311 terms studied in each language were analyzed in their contexts of use and terminological links used in the establishment of equivalences. For this article we present the methodological steps, the method used for the establishment of equivalences, the macrostructure and microstructure, models of entries, as well as numerical information about the dictionary.
