Abstract:
В статті увагу зосереджено на прикладному аспекті українськомовного термінознавства, а саме на особливостях призначення навчальних термінологічних словників. Проаналізовано деякі здобутки прикладної термінографії в Україні. Схарактеризовано основні комунікативно-орієнтовані підходи до їх укладання. ; В статье основное внимание обращается на прикладной аспект украиноязычного терминоведения, а именно, на особенности предназначения учебных терминологических словарей. Анализируются некоторые достижения прикладной терминографии в Украине. Предлагается характеристика основных коммуникативно-ориентированных подходов к их созданию. ; The article reviews a number of recent researches dealing with the current state of term lexicography. The key concepts are identified, the relevant research ideas being highlighted as the result of the revision of "Movoznavstvo" ("Linguistics"), the theoretical Journal of O. Potebnya Institute of Linguistics and the Ukrainian Language and Information Fund of the National Academy of Sciences in Ukraine for the last three years. The review revealed the fact that recently there has been the evidence of the dynamics of Ukrainian lexicon development, its systematisation and the significant achievements in theoretical and practical lexicography which is integrated into the paradigm of research diversity of Ukrainian linguistics. The aim of the article is to focus on one of the lexicographical challenges, namely, compiling training special dictionaries. The attention is attracted to attract attention to applied lexicography as one of neglected spheres though it enables to use synergistic approach to the process of collecting objective and reliable vocabulary data and process them for special term dictionaries using a wide range of contemporary semantic, conceptual, communicative and pragmatic methods. The author emphasizes the role of training term dictionaries for intensifying the teaching process and describes two projects of integrated activity of linguists, contentoriented specialists and students, the main product users. The projects are aimed at compiling training term dictionaries for the students majoring in energy management and ship pipe-laying systems at Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding. The special status of training content-based dictionaries is shown which is based on integrating the register type (lexicons, thesauri), dictionary entry descriptiveness (indexes, term lists), frame modelling of a particular conceptual field of knowledge etc. It is concluded with the statement that the potentialities of training term dictionaries have been used in rather a limited way which puts forward the necessity of intensive and integrated efforts of termilogists to further develop the methodological principles of compiling and organizing content-based vocabulary for enhancing the teaching efficiency of electronic term dictionaries.
