Drei Beiträge zur Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung
Abstract: Die Forschungsbeiträge dieser Dissertation bearbeiten unterschiedliche Fragestellungen aus dem Gebiet der unternehmerischen Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung. Der erste Forschungsbeitrag untersucht mit einem deskriptiven Ansatz das Wesen der Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung im Spannungsfeld von Freiwilligkeit und Regulierung. Der zweite Forschungsbeitrag untersucht die vorliegenden Determinanten des freiwilligen ökologischen und sozialen GRI-Berichtsumfangs in Deutschland mittels einer objektivierten Forschungsmethodik. Der dritte Forschungsbeitrag analysiert im Deutschland-Kontext die sprachliche Ausgestaltung des neuen verpflichtenden CSR-Berichtsmediums in Form der nichtfinanziellen Erklärung im Vergleich zu der traditionellen finanziellen Berichterstattung. The first paper uses a descriptive approach to investigate the nature of sustainability reporting between voluntariness and regulation. The second paper examines the present determinants of voluntary environmental and social GRI reporting extent in Germany using an objectified research methodology. The third research paper analyzes, in the context of Germany, the linguistic design of the new mandatory CSR reporting medium (non-financial statement) in comparison to traditional financial reporting.
