	Abstract: актуальность статьи заключается в исследовании отдельных аспектов внедрения искусственного интеллекта как объективного процесса, оказывающего влияние на разнообразные отношения, существующие в современных реалиях Российской Федерации и ее субъектов. Особое внимание уделено анализу правового регулирования указанной инновационной технологии как на федеральном, так и региональном уровне. Цель работы заключается в определении направлений правового регулирования и перспектив применения технологии искусственного интеллекта с позиций действующей Конституции Российской Федерации и конституционного права в соотношении с базовыми ценностями конституционного строя и правового статуса личности. Методы: эмпирический метод описания; теоретические методы формальной и диалектической логики. Авторы приходят к выводу, что информационные технологии и системы искусственного интеллекта, которые способны имитировать интеллектуальную человеческую деятельность, не должны девальвировать конституционные ценности демократического ... : the relevance of the article lies in the study of certain aspects of the implementation of artificial intelligence as an objective process that affects the various relations existing in the modern reality of the Russian Federation and its subjects. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the legal regulation of this innovative technology at both the federal and regional levels. The purpose of the work is to determine the directions of legal regulation and the prospects for the application of artificial intelligence technology in the framework of the current Constitution of the Russian Federation and constitutional law in relation to the basic values of the constitutional system and the legal status of the individual.
