Abstract:
運動健身風氣盛行，許多人為健身也購買許多相關的產品，因此運動健身器材一直是一個龐大的市場。然而健身裝備產品玲瑯滿目，消費者如何從現有眾多健身裝備中挑選出合適的商品，除了必須要搜尋大量的產品資訊外，同時也經常參考網路上他人的使用經驗。有鑑於此，本研究收集網路社群的各種健身裝備的使用經驗，轉為使用經驗資料庫，再以模糊語意法引導購買人進行健身裝備產品資訊推薦。使用者經驗的資料來源為批踢踢討論區以及Mobile01論壇，透過虛擬社群成員間互相交流與討論，從中進行資料抽取和分析，並歸納出6種知識概念，分別為「用途」、「價格」、「品質」、「品牌」、「功能」、「尺寸」，由以上述歸納出的六種知識概念設計出模糊語意問卷，並建立出一套健身裝備推薦系統，期望藉由此方法提供給使用者更貼近內心感受的個人化方式，來推薦合適的健身裝備，並減少資訊搜尋上所花費的時間。 ; Sports fitness is prevalent, and many people buy related products for fitness in recent years. Therefore, sports fitness equipment products have been a huge market. However, the fitness equipment products are dazzling. In addition to searching for a large amount of product information, how consumers choose suitable products from many existing fitness equipment products while refer to the experience of others on the Internet. In view of this the research collects the experience of using various fitness equipment products from the network community and converts it to a database of experience, and then use fuzzy linguistic method to guide purchasers to recommend fitness equipment product information. The data source of user experience is the PTT discussion area and Mobile01 forum. Data are collected and analyzed through the exchange and discussion between virtual community members and 6 knowledge concepts are summarized, namely “application”, “price”, “ quality”, “brand”, “function” and “size”. Based on the 6 knowledge concepts summarized above, a fuzzy linguistic questionnaire is designed and a fitness equipment recommendation system is established. It is hoped that this method will provide users with a more personal way to their inner feelings and recommend suitable fitness equipment and reduce the time spent searching for information.
