La formació d’un lèxic especialitzat en terra de frontera: el cas de la fitonímia popular de Crevillent

Abstract:
Aquest article presenta les primeres conclusions d’una investigació sobre la fitonímia tradicional de Crevillent. Inclou els materials lingüístics recollits de la tradició oral i algunes reflexions sobre la interferència lingüística en aquest camp lèxic. La fitonímia tradicional són els noms populars de les plantes. En una zona de frontera lingüística, com ho és Crevillent, proporciona dades interessants sobre la procedència i el mecanisme de penetració de les unitats lingüístiques foranes. Oferim també una taula amb les equivalències aproximades entre els noms populars i la taxonomia científica linneana de la botànica. ; This article presents the first conclusions on a investigation about traditional phytonymy of Crevillent. It includes the linguistic materials coming from oral tradition, and some reasonings about linguistic interference within this lexical field. Traditional phytonymy is the non-scientific nomenclature of the plants. In a zone of linguistic border, like Crevillent, we are provided by some interesting data about the origin and mechanisms of penetration of foreign linguistic unitites. We also supply a table with the approximated equivalences between the popular names of the plants and the botanical Linneaean scientific taxonomy.
