Abstract:
Problem statement . Ethical and legal requirements when concluding an agreement on legal aid assistance by a lawyer is a relevant area of research in legal science, which is of great methodological importance in the practice of the lawyer. The purpose of the article is to formulate a definition of the concept of "ethical and legal requirements when concluding an agreement on the provision of professional legal assistance by a lawyer" and to substantiate proposals for improvement of the current legislation of Ukraine and the Rules of Attorneys' Ethics. The methods used are: dialectical – for research TION process in the development of the problem of moral evaluation of the case when concluding a contract for legal aid by a lawyer; hermeneutic, which ensured the establishment of the limits of the interpretation of the concept; analysis – allowed to highlight the state of the scientific problem; formal-logical, statistical and documentary analysis – for the analysis of the content of legislation and other ... : {"references": ["1.
