Abstract:
In this study is described and analyzed a form of interaction, mediated by a computer system that is both:• support for the production and reception of a written speech, pre-structured by input forms, issued in an open participatory framework (direct, indirect and unexpected recipients) and professional.• the intermediary of pre-structured exchanges, asynchronous, multi-speakers, public and finalized.These specificities of the system constrain interaction in the structure and functioning of its different ranks (interaction, exchanges, interventions, speech acts) by imposing a set of rules. These rules are in particular those of a predominantly verbal computer communication system, a system of succession of inevitably asynchronous interventions and an interaction whose participative framework is open. ; Dans cette étude est décrit et analysé une forme d’interaction, médiatisée par un système informatique qui est à la fois :•le support de la production et de la réception d’un discours écrit, pré-structuré par des formulaires de saisie, émis dans un cadre participatif ouvert (destinataires directs, indirects et imprévus) et professionnel.•l’intermédiaire d’échanges pré-structurés, asynchrones, pluri-locuteurs, publics et finalisés.Ces spécificités du système contraignent l’interaction dans la structure et le fonctionnement de ses différents rangs (interaction, échanges, interventions, actes de langage) en lui imposant un ensemble de règles. Ces règles sont en particulier celles d’un système de communication informatique à dominante verbale, d’un système de succession des interventions inévitablement asynchrones et d’une interaction dont le cadre participatif est ouvert.
