屏東縣六堆地區客語學校國小高年級學生族群認同與客語學習態度之研究 ; The Study on Ethnic Identity and Hakka Language Learning Attitude of Senior Hakka Elementary School Students at LiuTui Region of Pingtung County
Abstract: 本研究旨在探討屏東縣六堆地區客語學校國小高年級學生族群認同與客語學習態度之現況與關係。為達研究目的,研究對象乃以屏東縣六堆地區國民小學五、六年級學生,以分層隨機抽樣方式,共獲得有效問卷688份。本研究採用問卷調查法,以自編「屏東縣六堆地區客語學校國小高年級學生族群認同與客語學習態度之調查問卷」作為資料蒐集的工具,進行調查研究,並將蒐集之資料、調查結果以描述統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關及多元逐步迴歸等統計分析方法進行資料分析。經統計分析結果,獲得研究結果如下:一、國小高年級學生族群認同以身分知覺認同最高;文化行為認同最低。二、國小高年級學生客語學習態度以認知態度最高;行為傾向最低。三、家長族群為「客家人」的國小高年級學生在身分知覺認同、歸屬感認同族群認同上皆高於其他族群。四、家長族群為「客家人」的國小高年級學生在客語學習態度上以認知態度層面高於其他族群。五、國小高年級學生居住情形在族群認同和客語學習態度上以講「客家話比較多」高於其他語言環境。六、「隔代教養」的國小高年級學生在族群認同上高於「父母教養」的學生。七、「隔代教養」的國小高年級學生在客語學習態度之情感認同、行為傾向層面高於「父母教養」的學生。八、客語能力「很會說」或「很會聽」的國小高年級學生在族群認同和客語學習態度上均高於其他程度的學生。九、 族群認同與客語學習態度有密切的關聯性,國小高年級學生族群認同程度愈高,客語學習態度就愈高。十、族群認同能有效解釋客語學習態度,其中文化行為認同層面對客語學習態度影響最高。根據上述研究結果,研究者對保存客家語言及未來後續研究提出具體建議,以供相關單位參考。關鍵字:國小學生、六堆地區、族群認同、客語學習態度 ; This study aims to explore the current status and correlation of the Ethnic Identity and the Hakka language learning attitude of the senior Hakka elementary school students at LiuTui Region of Pingtung County. In order to attain the study objective, the study subjects are based on Grade 5 and Grade 6 elementary school students at the LiuTui Region of Pingtung County. By way of the stratified random sampling, 688 copies of the valid questionnaires are obtained. With the adoption of the questionnaire survey method, we take the self-compiled 「Survey Questionnaire of the Ethnic identity and the Hakka Language Learning Attitude of the Senior Hakka Elementary School Students at LiuTui Region of Pingtung County」as the tool of data collection to conduct the survey research. Besides, we use such statistical analysis methods as the descriptive Statistics, the independent Sample t-test, the One Way ANOVA, the Pearson Product-Moment Correlation and the Multiple Stepwise Regression to undertake the analysis of the collected data as well as the survey results. As a result of the statistical analysis, the study results are obtained as follows:1.The highest ethnic identity of the senior elementary school students lies in the status perceptual ; the lowest in the cultural behavior .2.The highest Hakka language learning attitude of the senior elementary school students is the attitude of perception; the lowest is the behavioral inclination.3.Those senior elementary school students the ethnic identity of whose parents are the Hakka people have higher of status perception, sense of belongingness and ethnic identity than other ethnic identity.4.Those senior elementary school students the ethnic identity of whose parents are the Hakka people have higher level of perception attitude in terms of the Hakka language learning attitude than other ethnic identity.5.When we take the residential conditions into consideration, those senior elementary school students who speak more Hakka language than those who reside in other linguistic environments in respect of the ethnic identity and the Hakka language learning attitude.6.Those senior elementary school students who 「are brought up by grandparents」have higher ethnic identity than those students who 「are raised by parents」.7.Those senior elementary school students who 「are brought up by grandparents」have higher level of emotional and behavioral inclination in terms of the Hakka language learning attitude than those students who 「are raised by parents」.8.Those senior elementary school students who can speak or listen to the Hakka language very fluently have higher ethnic identity and Hakka language learning attitude than those students with other Hakka speaking and listening degrees.9.The ethnic identity has close correlation with the Hakka language learning attitude. The higher the ethnic identity of the senior elementary school students is, the higher their Hakka language learning attitude is.10.The ethnic identity can effectively account for the Hakka language learning attitude; among other things, the level of the of the cultural behavior makes the greatest influence upon the Hakka language learning attitude.Based on the foregoing study results, the researchers bring forward the substantial suggestions on the conservation of the Hakka language and the future follow-up study.Key Words:Elementary School Students, LiuTui Region, Ethnic identity , Hakka Language Learning Attitude
