Management support system and group planning in continuing education ; Système d’aide à la gestion et planification de groupe en formation continue
ACENSIO, LAURIE. - : HAL CCSD, 2021
In: https://hal.archives-ouvertes.fr/tel-03557025 ; Environnements Informatiques pour l'Apprentissage Humain.
; In the context of human resources management in companies, continuing training becomes a strategic action for the development of professional careers. Among the existing training methods, the training session is a privileged mode of action for the exchange of professional experiences between peers. In practice, training session planning consists of reconciling multiple criteria (educationnal, social and organizational) formed around a training group in face-to-face. In this context, our research project aims to propose an IT system for the management of continuing education consists of developing a system of support for the management of continuing training that will facilitate the opera-tional tasks of the training manager : the planning of training sessions and the research and analysis of data related to the training activity. The management tools are consisted by multiple dashboards associated with visualization tech-niques to facilitate data interpretation. Our main scientific contribution is focused on helping the semi-automated planning of training sessions. In practice, this operational task consists of reconciling organizational constraints and multiple criteria (educational, social and logistical) formed around a face-to-face training group. To respond to our problem, the application prototype aims to simplify the composition of training groups for the training manager by proposing a list of potential training groups associated with a graphical representation of the node-link type. The system is based on a request-response principle in order to adapt to the various training needs of sponsors. At the processing level, the resolution of this combinatorial type decision problem is based on a meta-heuristic method (and more precisely a genetic algorithm, denoted AG hereinafter) which aims to generate a list of training groups. potential by favoring a relatively short processing time. The main difficulty is to configure the GA during the initialization phase, in particular the objective function (commonly called fitness) which determines the quality of the results. Our method is based on an analysis of data from satisfaction questionnaires which aims to define the characteristics of training groups that favorably condition social interactions between participants. Thus, the results obtained make it possible to justify the settings of the GA which guides the exploration and assignment of participants within training groups. The experiment distinguishes two levels of evaluation. The first series of experiments aims to measure the parame-ters and results generated by the GA from a collection of multicriteria queries. The second series of experiments is focused on the performance of the application prototype from functional, technical and user tests according to an ISO standard.
