Abstract:
Es nuestro objetivo en el presente artículo mostrar los procesos de reflexión y de creación y de organización de Actividades Orientadoras de Enseñanza de tres profesoras de una escuela rural, en torno al concepto de función, para la movilización del Sentido Personal que estas profesoras le atribuían a su actividad de enseñanza. En el marco de una perspectiva histórico-cultural de la educación matemática, y al comprender la necesidad de organización de la enseñanza de las profesoras, fueron propuestos unos espacios de reflexión en los cuales, a partir de la lectura de Actividades Orientadoras de Enseñanza y experiencias provenientes de sus propias actividades, se dieron dos movimientos: uno, la reflexión sobre la idea de variación y cambio como un fenómeno que trasciende el carácter estático de una expresión algebraica y se manifiesta, entre otras cosas, en el cambio de la imagen del profesor, su actividad de enseñanza y la vida misma; y dos, la creación y organización colectiva de Actividades Orientadoras de Enseñanza para abordar los conceptos de variación y de cambio con estudiantes de primer y segundo grado de educación básica. Las acciones y las voces de las profesoras manifestadas en enunciados, las cuales fueron las unidades de análisis en el marco de una metodología cualitativa y un enfoque crítico-dialéctico, nos posibilitaron comprender que las necesidades de las profesoras, su percepción sobre la idea de cambio y la de sus estudiantes, y la incidencia de las Actividades Orientadoras de Enseñanza como metodología de enseñanza, movilizaron, entre otras cosas, el sentido personal que estas profesoras protagonistas le atribuían a su propia actividad de enseñanza. ; It is our objective in this article to show the process of reflection and organization of Teaching Guiding Activities of three teachers from a rural school, around the concept of function, for the mobilization of the Personal Sense that these teachers attributed to their teaching activity. Within the framework of a historical-cultural perspective of mathematics education and, when understanding the need to organize the teaching of teachers, some spaces for reflection were proposed in which, from the reading of Teaching-Orienteering Activity and experiences Two movements came from his own activities: one, the reflection on the idea of variation and change as a phenomenon that transcends the static character of an algebraic expression and manifests itself, among other things, in the change in the image of the teacher , his teaching activity and life itself; and two, the collective creation of Teaching Guiding Activities to address the concept of variation and change with first and second grade students of basic education. The actions and voices of the teachers, which were the units of analysis within the framework of a qualitative methodology and a critical-dialectical approach, enabled me to understand that the needs of the teachers, their perception of the idea of change and that of their students, and the incidence of Teaching Guidance Activities as a teaching methodology, mobilized, among other things, the personal sense that these leading teachers attributed to their own teaching activity.
