Abstract: International audience ; The international dimension is a lever to act on several dimensions in higher education such as the acquisition of intercultural competence for students, exchanges of practices for teachers, and visibility for research. However, the mobility of both is low compared to the potential. In this context, the IUT of Montpellier-Sète in France has chosen to create a "Learning Lab" to internationalize all the actors of the component through the use of innovative, personalized and adapted teaching methods: Specialty courses in English, support for international projects and internships, mobility assistance workshops, hosting of visiting professors, personalized follow-up of foreign students, promotion of constructive exchanges with this transformation with multilingual, sociocultural, technical and scientific training, in support of incoming and outgoing mobility, whether physical or virtual. This paper presents this project as well as the participatory design method that should engage everyone: design of collective actions and planning for a progressive adaptation that meets the observed needs. ; L’international est un levier pour agir sur plusieurs dimensions dans l’enseignement supérieur comme l’acquisition d’une compétence interculturelle pour les étudiant·e·s, les échanges de pratiques pour les enseignant·e·s, et une visibilité pour les recherches. Toutefois, la mobilité des un·e·s et des autres est faible au regard des potentialités. Dans ce contexte, l’IUT de Montpellier-Sète en France a fait le choix de réaliser un « Learning Lab » pour internationaliser tous les acteurs·rices de la composante à travers l’usage de modalités pédagogiques innovantes, personnalisées et adaptées à tout·e·s : cours de spécialités en anglais, accompagnement de projets et de stages à l’international, ateliers d’aide à la mobilité, accueil de professeurs invités, suivi personnalisé d’étudiants étrangers, promotion des échanges constructifs à cette transformation avec une formation plurilingue, socioculturelle, technique et scientifique, en support à la mobilité entrante et sortante, qu’elle soit physique ou virtuelle. Cette communication présente ce projet ainsi que la méthode de conception participative qui devrait susciter l’engagement de chacun·e : conception d’actions collectives et aménagement pour une adaptation progressive qui répond aux besoins observés.
