Abstract:
статья посвящена такому актуальному направлению правовой политики в сфере противодействия транснациональной преступности, как выявление транснациональных преступлений. Актуальность статьи обусловлена необходимостью разработки инструкции по выявлению транснациональных преступлений для компетентных органов. В статье раскрывается значение стадии выявления транснациональных преступлений для эффективной борьбы с этим глобальным явлением, определяется возможность выявления транснациональных преступлений как одно из направлений уголовной политики Российской Федерации. В качестве методологической основы выступает совокупность диалектического метода познания, общенаучных, частнонаучных и специальных методов. В результате исследования сделан вывод о том, что выявление транснациональных преступлений представляет собой деятельность компетентных органов, регламентированную комплексом правовых норм. Выявление транснациональных преступлений как направление уголовной политики Российской Федерации требует совершенствования. ... : the article is devoted to such an urgent direction of legal policy in the field of combating transnational crime as the detection of transnational crimes. The relevance of the article is due to the need to develop instructions for the detection of transnational crimes for the competent authorities. The article reveals the significance of the stage of detecting transnational crimes for the effective fight against this global phenomenon. The purpose of the article is to determine the possibilities of detecting transnational crimes as one of the directions of the criminal policy of the Russian Federation. The set of the dialectical method of cognition, general scientific, special scientific and special methods acts as a methodological basis. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the detection of transnational crimes is the activity of the competent authorities, regulated by a set of legal norms.
