A Atuação Precoce da Família na Linguagem Oral de uma Criança com Perturbação do Espectro do Autismo

Abstract:
O presente estudo tem como principal objetivo percecionar qual o impacto da atuação precoce da família, no desenvolvimento da linguagem oral, numa criança com Perturbação do Espetro do Autismo (PEA), em idade pré-escolar. A escolha deste tema prende-se com a necessidade de adquirir conhecimentos teóricos e estratégias de intervenção para melhor respondermos às especificidades das crianças com esta perturbação, em contexto de Jardim de Infância. Optamos pela metodologia de investigação qualitativa - estudo de caso –; o estudo de caso consiste na observação detalhada de um contexto, ou indivíduo, de uma fonte de documentos ou de um acontecimento específico. Para melhor compreensão da problemática, recorremos a leituras bibliográficas para fundamentar a investigação e, no sentido de aprofundar e de recolher o máximo de informação sobre o caso em estudo. Foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas, posteriormente transcritas e analisadas, nos contextos reais em que a criança se insere. A recolha de dados permitiu concluir que a aceitação da problemática por parte da família, a intervenção precoce levada a cabo pela família e técnicos, contribuem positivamente para a aquisição da linguagem não verbal e verbal da criança com PEA ; This study has the main goal of perceiving the impact of the family early action in the development of oral language in a preschool age child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The interest on this subject has to do with the need of acquiring theoretical knowledge and intervention strategies so that we can meet the specificities of the children with this disorder in the preschool context. We chose the qualitative research methodology – case study. The case study consists of the detailed observation of a context or individual, documents or a specific event. For better understanding of the problem we used bibliographies to substantiate our research, in order to deepen it and to gather as much data as possible about this case study. We conducted semi-structured interviews in real contexts in which the child is integrated, which were transcribed and analyzed afterwards. The data collection process allowed us to conclude that the family acceptance of the disorder, the early intervention of the family and experts contribute positively to the acquisition of the child’s with ASD both verbal and nonverbal speech KEY WORDS: Autism Spectrum Disorder, family, early intervention, Oral Speech
