Abstract:
Οι έννοιες της κατάρτισης και της εκπαίδευσης είναι δύο έννοιες που για πολλούς επικαλύπτονται και για άλλους διαφέρουν. Συμπερασματικά, η κατάρτιση αποτελεί «υποδεέστερο» είδος εκπαίδευσης, με περιορισμένους στόχους. Στην εργασία μας θα ασχοληθούμε και με την εκπαίδευση ενηλίκων, όπου με τον όρο αυτό αποδίδονται όλες οι μαθησιακές δραστηριότητες στις οποίες μετέχουν ενήλικοι, θεωρούμενης της κατάρτισης ως υποκατηγορίας της εκπαίδευσης ενηλίκων. Η κατάρτιση επίσης μπορεί να είναι και γλωσσική. Η εκπαίδευση ενηλίκων διαφέρει από την εκπαίδευση των παιδιών και των εφήβων σε αρκετά σημεία, με βασικότερα τα κυριότερα χαρακτηριστικά του ενήλικου, τα οποία τον διακρίνουν από τον μη ενήλικο : την πλήρη ανάπτυξη, την προοπτική και την αυτονομία Η εκπαίδευση ενηλίκων συνδέεται με τις εκάστοτε συγκεκριμένες ιστορικές συνθήκες και τα τελευταία χρόνια η ευρωπαϊκή ένωση δίνει μεγάλη σημασία στην εκμάθηση ξένων γλωσσών από τους πολίτες της Ευρωπαϊκής ένωσης και για το σκοπό αυτό έχει ιδρύσει ξεχωριστό τμήμα που ασχολείται ... : The concepts of training and education are two concepts, which many consider as overlapping and others as different. Conclusively, training constitutes an “inferior” type of education, with limited objectives. In our paper, we shall be concerned also with adult education, where with this term all learning activities where adults participate are ascribed, considering training as a subcategory of adult education. Training may also be linguistic. Adult education differs from children and adolescents’ education in several parts, most important being the main characteristics of the adult, which distinguish him from the non adult: full development, perspective and autonomy.
