Abstract:
Erasmus Projekte bieten nach Meinung des Autors eine privilegierte Möglichkeit von einem lehrerzentrierten zu einem schülerzentrierten Unterricht zu kommen. Vor diesem Hintergrund werden in diesem Beitrag Führung und Leitung eines blended-learning Projektes vorgestellt und analysiert. Mit Hilfe der Kategorien ‚intergouvernementale‘ und ‚integrierte‘ Führung werden Elemente der Zusammenarbeit beschrieben und Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit strukturierten Gruppen vorgestellt. Außerdem werden methodische und didaktische Überlegungen und Materialien des Lehrer*innenteams für die interkulturelle Begegnungsarbeit dokumentiert und so zur Diskussion gestellt. Für die Verbesserung des Systems Schule werden „Europäische Schulen“ vorgeschlagen, die dank einer Schulzeitpartitur allen ihren Schüler*innen die Mitarbeit in einem europäischen Projekt ermöglichen und die Arbeit der Lehrer*innen gebührend anerkennen und wertschätzen. (Autor) ; According to the author, Erasmus projects offer a privileged opportunity to move from teacher-centred to student-centred teaching. Against this background, this article presents and analyses the leadership and management of a blended-learning project. Using the categories 'intergovernmental' and 'integrated' leadership, elements of cooperation are described and experiences in working with structured groups are presented. In addition, methodological and didactic considerations and materials of the teacher team for intercultural encounter work are documented and thus put up for discussion. To improve the school system, "European Schools" are proposed, which, thanks to a school time score, enable all their pupils to participate in a European project and give due recognition and appreciation to the work of the teachers.
