Abstract:
Введение: господство либеральной идеологии во всех основных школах современной юриспруденции в последнее десятилетия элиминирует в ней понятие эксклюзивного государственного и правового пространства. Между тем в соответствии с основными постулатами геополитики особенности формирования и жизнедеятельности любого государственного организма обусловлены его привязкой к определенной части поверхности Земли и ее (этой части) географическими свойствами. Предметом статьи является исследование влияния геополитических факторов на государственную и правовую организацию стран и народов. Цель: установление степени обусловленности внутреннего правопорядка государств свойствами пространственной локализации народов, их образующих. Методологическая основа: совокупность методов научного познания, в первую очередь диалектического метода и цивилизационного подхода при системном анализе основных тенденций развития суверенной государственности в исторической ретроспективе и в современном мире. Результаты: обосновано, что в ... : Background: the dominance of liberal ideology in all major schools of modern jurisprudence in recent decades has eliminated the notion of exclusive state and legal space in it. Meanwhile, in accordance with the main postulates of geopolitics, the peculiarities of formation and life of any state organism are conditioned by its attachment to a certain part of the Earth’s surface and its (this part) geographical properties. Subject of the article is the research of influence of geopolitical factors on state and legal organization of countries and nations. Objective: to establish the extent to which the internal legal order of states is conditioned by the spatial localization of the peoples who form them.
