Abstract:
Les niveaux spatiaux inférieurs de l'action et de l'investissement voient leur importance croître à mesure que l'aménagement du territoire s'affine. Un adjectif est fréquemment employé : « local ». L'auteur propose d'en faire un substantif. Le local est assimilable à un géosystème et les collectivités territoriales publiques sont au nombre des invariants. ; « Locale » : a research theme. — As the limitations of macro territorial management become more and more obvious ; the importance of smaller scale units of action and investment become recognized. The author proposes that the term « locale » ; frequently used as an adjective ; be considered as a noun. « Locale » could easily be incorporated into studies of the « geosystem » ; and public administrative territories considered as simply one of its typical expressions. ; Thibault André.
