Основные задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. рассмотреть различные международные экзаменационные критерии оценки устной речи на уровне владения языком С1 и, основываясь на данном материале, разработать комплекс критериев для оценивания умений и навыков говорения на данном уровне. Данный уровень владения иностранным языком необходим для оценивания речи участников публичных выступлений дискурсивного формата, в которым относятся студенческие дебаты; 2. использовать разработанные критерии при оценивании умений и навыков говорения у студентов, участников международных дебатов, не являющихся носителями языка. В ходе данной работы на материале международных экзаменационных критериев оценки устной речи на уровне владения английским языком С1 был создан комплекс критериев оценки устной лингвистической коммуникативной компетенции у участников ... : The graduation thesis is devoted to problems of assessing speaking skills at the level C1 in the English language. The main problems that were solved during the research are the following: 1. The author considers various international examination criteria for evalu-ating oral speech at the C1 English level, develops a set of criteria for assessing speak-ing skills on the example of the C1 English language level for participants involved in a public speaking discourse format, i.e. student debates; 2. The author uses the developed criteria when assessing speaking skills of students, participants of international debates who are not native speakers. In the course of this work, based on the material of international examination criteria for evaluating oral speech at the C1 English level, a set of criteria was created for evaluating oral linguistic communicative competence among participants of discursive public performances.
