Abstract:
Dissertation ist gesperrt bis 28.01.2023 !! ... : Die vorliegende Dissertation untersucht Verarbeitungsmechanismen von Idiomen (z.B. die Katze aus dem Sack lassen) als Exemplar für feststehende Mehrworteinheiten (MWE) bei erwachsenen Muttersprachler:innen und sprachlernenden Kindern. Idiome sind konventionalisierte Redewendungen mit einer figurativen Phrasen-Bedeutung. Die vorliegende Dissertation befasst sich mit den Fragen, wie Idiome im mentalen Lexikon repräsentiert werden und wie sich diese Repräsentation mit zunehmendem Alter verändert. Sowohl für den Erwerb als auch die Repräsentation im Erwachsenenalter wird angenommen, dass MWE als Mehrwort-Repräsentationen im mentalen Lexikon abgespeichert sind. Erwachsene wie auch Kinder verarbeiten häufige und bekannte MWE schneller als Nicht-MWE. Erwachsene Muttersprachler:innen sind ebenfalls sensitiv gegenüber der Mehrwort-Konfiguration und können einzelne Wörter innerhalb dieser vorhersagen. Entsprechende Befunde fehlen bislang für Kinder.
