	Abstract: The present dissertation aims to integrate the pragmatic competence in the classroom, ensuring a greater presence, which allows learners to develop metapragmatic awareness. For this purpose, we depart from different definitions as from two of the main theories shedding light on the importance of pragmatic elements in the field of linguistics. On one side, we refer to the theory of speech acts raised by Austin, and his view of language as action. On the other side, we mention the politeness theory of Brown and Levinson and we provide a brief overview of several ways to combine both proposals. Furthermore, we analyse the pragmatic transfer phenomena and assess in which ways it is manifested in learners’ speech. The last part of the theoretical frame is devoted to the notional functional programming. We expose how this approach helps didactic planning based on communicative actions that learners should undertake. In fact, these communicative actions, which are at the core of the didactic proposal of this dissertation, adopt a complex form in a B2 level and constitute key activities regarding the integration process in a foreign country, such as employment and accommodation search and the developing of social intercultural skills. To this end, we aim to ensure that learners are aware of the different levels of cordiality and social norms that these three contexts require, which could in turn differ by their cultural origin. ; En este trabajo de fin de máster se propone integrar la competencia pragmática en el aula de forma que tenga una presencia significativa y dé paso a la reflexión metapragmática por parte del aprendiente. Para ello, partimos de diferentes definiciones y de dos teorías principales que han arrojado luz sobre la importancia de los elementos pragmáticos en el estudio de la lengua: por un lado nos referimos a la teoría de los actos de habla planteada por Austin, y a su consideración del lenguaje como acción; por otro lado, mencionamos la teoría de la cortesía propuesta por Brown y Levinson, y aludimos brevemente a cómo se pueden aunar ambas propuestas. A continuación, hacemos una breve reflexión sobre ciertos fenómenos de transferencia pragmática y analizamos de qué formas se puede manifestar en el discurso del aprendiente. Concluimos el marco teórico del presente trabajo con un epígrafe dedicado a la programación nocional-funcional, exponiendo cómo esta puede ser de ayuda para planificar las clases sobre la base de las acciones comunicativas que deberán llevar a cabo los aprendientes. En efecto, dichas acciones comunicativas constituyen el eje de la propuesta didáctica que presentamos a continuación, que en un nivel B2 adoptan una forma más compleja, pero a su vez constituyen actividades básicas en el proceso de integración en un país, a saber: buscar trabajo, buscar alojamiento y desenvolverse en entornos sociales. Para todo ello, pretendemos que los aprendientes tomen en cuenta que estos tres contextos necesitan de diferentes niveles de cordialidad y se rigen por diferentes normas sociales, que pueden diferir en mayor o menor medida de las de su cultura de partida.
