Universitat de Barcelona, Curs: 2020-2021, Tutor: Joana Rosselló Ximenes ; [spa] Este TFG es una contribución al estudio del Formal Thought Disorder (FTD) en la esquizofrenia. Se replican primero, sobre una muestra de 8 entrevistas libres médicopaciente, los resultados de Rochester & Martin (1979), que detectaron un exceso de cohesión léxica como rasgo distintivo del discurso de los pacientes con FTD —con exclusión de los pacientes esquizofrénicos sin FTD. La contribución original del presente trabajo, sin embargo, consiste en el análisis de una previa anotación de errores no discursivos, con la hipótesis de que en dichos errores mayoritariamente intervendrán ítems léxicos participantes en el exceso de cohesión léxica. La hipótesis, en líneas generales, ha sido corroborada, lo cual sugiere que el exceso de cohesión léxica en el discurso es de origen más básico que el de la organización discursiva y que en el FTD interviene distintivamente algún tipo de disfunción léxica todavía por esclarecer.
