Рагимова, П.Ф.; Ragimova, P.F.. - : Человеческий капитал, 2017 Abstract: The article is devoted to the analysis of reasons for the Dagestani Muhajirs migration to the Ottoman Empire at the end of XIX century. The author pays special attention to the role of the Russian and Ottoman authorities in resettlement policy, as well as to inhuman living conditions during the stay of Muhajirs within the Russian-Turkish borders, which caused the deaths of thousands of Muhajirs from hunger, deprivation and unusual climatic conditions. The author successively writes about the place and role of Dagestani Diasporas in the social and political life before and after the collapse of the Ottoman Empire. The social and political conditions of the Dagestani Diasporas at the Young Turks, Ataturk and Boyar. The author defines settlements in which only the representatives of Dagestani nations had lived for many years to preserve their cultural and linguistic identity. A key role in the article is assigned to the Dagestan public organizations. Особое внимание автор уделяет роли российских и османских властей в переселенческой политике, а также нечеловеческим бытовым условиям в период пребывания мухаджиров в российско-турецких границах, ставшими причинами гибели тысяч мухаджиров от голода, лишений и непривычных климатических условий. Автор последовательно освещает место и роль дагестанских диаспор в общественно- политической жизни до и после распада Османской империи. Общественно-политическое положение дагестанских диаспор при младотурках, Ататюрке и Бояре. Автором определены поселения, в которых компактно многие годы проживали только представители дагестанских народов с целью сохранения культурно- языковой идентичности.
