Abstract: Is an action performed by a minority member evaluated more extreme than the same action performed by a majority member? Is the sole information that a person is a member of a minority/majority group enough to induce a more extreme evaluation for minorities? Are ambivalent situations seen as more positive when performed by majorities in contrast to minorities? Is this more extreme evaluation reflected in the choice of verbal description of a seen situation? I am trying to answer these questions by presenting Comic-Pictures to Participants. They have to evaluate the actions depicted in these comics and choose a description out of four presented. The four descriptions are oriented after the "Linguistic category model" by Fiedler & Semin, 2002. ...
