Curs: 2018/2019. ; El punto de partida de este trabajo es la mejora de las capacidades comunicativas del alumnado de 2º de Bachillerato dentro de la asignatura de Economía para la empresa, observar el foco generador de motivación y grado de implicación del alumnado, de los beneficios futuros en el ámbito de la enseñanza y su correcta implementación en el aula. Tras revisar bibliográficamente, primeramente, en cuanto a la motivación, definición de concepto, factores que inciden, y la visión desde la perspectiva del alumnado. En segundo lugar, conocer el concepto de evaluación por competencias y conocer la relación entre la competencia lingüística y la motivación. Como conclusión, propuesta de futuros proyectos basado en mejorar las competencias comunicativas orales a nivel de centro educativo y la propia asignatura. ; The starting point of this study is the improvement of the communication abilities of the students of 2º de Bachillerato within the subject “Economía para la empresa”. Also, this study will focus on the motivation and the level of involvement of the students and the future benefits in the field of teaching, and its correct implementation in the classroom. After the bibliographic review, first, regarding motivation, I will explain its meaning, the different factors bearing on it and the students’ view. Secondly, I will talk about the concept of the competency assessment and the connection between linguistic ability and motivation. To sum up, I will suggest future projects based on improving oral communication skills regarding the school and the subject.
