In this sense, I sought to understand the socioeconomic profile of adolescents in compliance with the SocioEducational Measure at CASE Pitimbu and CASEF Fr. João Maria; identify recidivism rates and understand how public policies are contributing to the reintegration of adolescents in their spaces ofsociability after the Socio-educational Internment Measure. The importance of critical discussion regarding the criminalization of youth is highlighted, which directly impacts re-entry into the Socio-Educational System. The research was carried out quantitatively and qualitatively, based on the historical - dialectical method of data analysis, which were obtained through bibliographic and documentary research based on information provided by the SocioEducational Service Foundation of Rio Grande do Norte (FUNDASE/RN ). Through the proposed methodology, the result was the identification of recent essential government initiatives which combat the recurrence of teenagers in infractions, but still with the existence of many challenges to be overcome with regard to intersectoniality. ; Este Trabalho busca apreender a respeito das políticas sociais existentes no Estado do Rio no Grande do Norte a serem destinadas aos/as Adolescentes egressos/as da Medida Socioeducativa de Internação em Unidade Educacional na região Metropolitana de Natal. Nesse sentido, buscou-se conhecer o perfil socioeconômico dos/as Adolescentes em cumprimento de Medida Socioeducativa no CASE Pitimbu e CASEF Pe. João Maria; Identificar os índices de reincidência e compreender como as Políticas Públicas estão contribuindo para a reinserção dos/as Adolescentes em seus espaços de sociabilidade após a MedidaSocioeducativa de Internação. Destaca-se a importância da discussão crítica a respeito da criminalização da juventude que impacta diretamente nas reentradas no Sistema Socioeducativo. A pesquisa se deu de forma quantitativa e qualitativa, fundamentada no método histórico – dialético de análise dos dados, os quais foram obtidos através da pesquisa bibliográfica e documental com base em informações disponibilizadas pela Fundação de Atendimento Socioeducativo do Rio Grande do Norte (FUNDASE/RN). Através da Metodologia proposta, foi obtido como resultado a identificação de recentes iniciativas governamentais imprescindíveis para o combate à reincidência de adolescentes em atos infracionais, mas ainda com a existência de muitos desafios a serem vencidos no tocante à intersetorialidade.
