Abstract:
У статті узагальнено типові граматичні помилки, які допускають претенденти на державну службу під час атестації щодо вільного володіння українською мовою. Виокремлено й описано такі різновиди: порушення норм керування, ненормативне вживання пасивних конструкцій, порушення норм уживання дієприслівників та їхніх зворотів, ненормативне використання активних дієприкметників теперішнього часу. З’ясовано, що складними випадками керування, які можуть спричинити помилки, є його нерозрізнення в українській і російській мовах, коли те саме дієслово вимагає різних відмінкових форм; здатність слів-синонімів і паронімів керувати різними відмінковими формами; неправильне використання прийменників, які можуть бути скальковані з російської мови або зайві, відсутні, контекстуально незграбні чи анормативні. Помилки в прийменниковому керуванні часто стосуються вживання прийменника по та при за російським зразком. Систематизовано найпоширеніші способи заміни активних дієприкметників теперішнього часу, акцентовано на правильному їх уживанні залежно від контексту. ; The perfect implementation of the norms of the literary language plays an important role in the formation of speech culture of the civil servants. Grammatical norms that clearly demonstrate the national originality of the Ukrainian language are the most significant. We consider the research of grammatical norms to be relevant because of the need to summarize the experience of the attestation of the civil servants at the Cherkasy Bohdan Khmelnytskyi National University during 2017–2019 years.The purpose of the article is to outline the typical grammatical mistakes that are made during the attestation concerning the fluency in the Ukrainian language by applicants for the civil service. The following varieties of grammatical mistakes are distinguished and described: the violation of the rules of the government; the non-normative use of passive constructions; the non-normative use of active participles of the present time; the violation of the norms of the use of adverbial participles and their phrases. It is revealed that difficult cases of the government that may lead to the mistakes are the non-differentiation of its specificity in the Ukrainian and Russian languages, when the same verb requires different case forms; the ability of synonyms and paronyms to govern different case forms; misuse of prepositions that can be traced from the Russian language or they can be superfluous, absent, contextually wrong or non-normative. Mistakes in the prepositional government often relate to the use of the preposition по (po) and при (pry) according to the Russian model. The most common ways of replacing of the active participles of the present time are systematized. The emphasis is on their correct usage depending on the context.It is concluded that in the process of preparation for the attestation concerning the fluency in the Ukrainian language attention should be paid to the observance of grammatical norms. We have identified the following grammatical mistakes: the violation of the rules of the government; the non-normative use of passive constructions; the non-normative use of active participles of the present time; the violation of the norms of the use of adverbial participles and their phrases. The compliance with grammatical norms promotes the establishment of the national identity of the Ukrainian language, the restoration of its syntactic and morphological traditions, and it gives the speech a vivid national color.
