VERBAL PECULIARITIES OF INFINITIVE IN ENGLISH AND TAJIK LANGUAGES

Abstract:
Статья посвящена исследованию глагольных свойств инфинитива в английском и таджикском языках. В результате исследования выявлено,что инфинитиву свойственны не только признаки существительного,но и ряд глагольных признаков,подобно глаголу, инфинитив в сопоставляемых языках способен выступать в функции обстоятельства, дополнения и наречия. казывается, что у инфинитива имеется ряд грамматических категорий глагола,категории залога и вида.тмечается, что инфинитив английского языка имеет категорию порядка,которая не присуща инфинитиву таджикского языка, поэтому одновременность или предшествование действия к другому действию выявляется в контексте. ; The article is devoted to the research dealing with verbal properties of infinitive in both English and Tajik languages. Adducing the results of the exploration the author reveals that are not only the properties of the noun are inherent in infinitive, but those ones of the verb either. Like the verb, the infinitive of the correlated languages can assume adverbial modifier, object and be modified by adverb. The infinitives of the studied languages have the categories of voice and aspect. Into the bargain, the English infinitive has the category of order, which is not inherent in the Tajik infinitive and that’s why simultaneousness or priority of action in relation to another action is defined in the context.
