Abstract: Non-Native English Speaking Teachers (NNESTs) and NNEST allies’ identities androles as educators are constructed across various dynamic and intersectingmulticultural, multilingual, and transnational spheres. Using the framework ofintersectionality, I examined selected interviews from the NNEST of the Month Blogand interrogated various forms of privilege and oppression that NNESTs and NESTsexperience.
