Abstract: This article focuses on two experiments that were conducted with newly constructed online courses at the University of Caen, one on French Applied Linguistics for 2nd year French students, the other being a French as a second language course for first year Norwegian students. Following the categories of tutorial interventions identified by Quintin (2008), we analyzed the different strategies and the experiences of teachers and students froma pedagogical, organizational and socio-emotional point of view. We tried to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the two distance courses offered in the context of the health crisis, with a view to gradually enrich our teaching methods. ; Cet article présente les expériences de deux cours en ligne à l’Université de Caen Normandie, l’un portant sur la didactique du FLE pour des étudiants francophones de 2ème année de Licence, l’autre étant un cours de FLE pour des étudiants norvégiens de première année. En suivant les catégories d’interventions tutorales identifiées par Quintin (2008), nous analysons les différentes stratégies et le vécu des enseignants et des étudiants d’un point de vue pédagogique, organisationnel et socioaffectif. Nous essayons ainsi d’identifier les points forts et les points faibles des deux cours à distance proposés dans le contexte de la crise sanitaire, en perspective d’un enrichissement progressif des modalités pédagogiques.
