Abstract: Domestic history is known for examples of abuse of obscene vocabulary in public administration activities. Lexical constructions containing such components periodically turn out to be used today in the speech of public servants. The application of the provisions of linguoecology may introduce some certainty into the procedure for assessing the degree of admissibility of such language practice. In such a situation, it is proposed to clearly distinguish cases of abuse 134 committed by an official from the usual practice of using obscene language.
