	Abstract: In diesem Artikel werden Gesprächsbeendigungen in Jobcentern als Beispiel für institutionelle Gespräche untersucht. Er basiert auf Tonbandaufzeichnungen natürlicher Gespräche zwischen sogenannten "Kunden/-innen" und sogenannten "persönlichen Ansprechpartner/-innen" in Jobcentern. 52 Gespräche wurden aufgezeichnet. Die Auswertung orientiert sich an der Konversationsanalyse. Begegnungen zwischen Kunden/-innen und persönlichen Ansprechpartner/-innen in Jobcentern sind Gespräche in einer Serie, d.h. die Beteiligten treffen sich wiederholt und beziehen sich in ihren Gesprächen auf zuvor stattgefundene Begegnungen. Um eine Gesprächsserie herzustellen, können Teilnehmende in der Beendigungsphase ihrer Gespräche Verabredungssequenzen verwenden. In diesem Artikel werden verschiedene Verabredungssequenzen analysiert. Verabredungen können als Möglichkeit angesehen werden, soziale Beziehung über die Zeit hinweg anzuzeigen und zu stabilisieren. Das ist für soziale Dienste im Allgemeinen wichtig, weil in diesem Kontext "Beziehung" als wesentlich erachtet wird. ; The aim of this paper is to analyze endings of conversations between agents and clients in German job centers, as an example of institutional talk. It is based on audio-recordings of 52 naturally occurring encounters in various job centers. Data are examined using conversation analysis. Encounters between agents and clients in German job centers are conversations-in-a-series. They are integrated in a flow of institutional talk over time. To establish conversations-in-a-series participants may use arrangement sequences at the end of their encounter. In this paper different kinds of realization of arrangements are examined. Arrangements may be understood as a way of indicating social relationship over time. This is relevant for social services in general because it can be shown that relations are displayed and stabilized over time on a very detailed level of interaction. ; El objetivo de este artículo es analizar las finalizaciones de conversaciones entre agentes y clientes en centros laborales alemanes, como un ejemplo de la conversación institucional. Está basado en la grabación de audio de 52 encuentros naturalmente producidos en varios centros de trabajo. Se examinan los datos utilizando el análisis conversacional. Los encuentros entre agentes y clientes en centros laborales alemanes son conversaciones-en-serie en las que los participantes pueden utilizar secuencias dispuestas para finalizar su encuentro. En este artículo se examinan diferentes tipos de arreglos que se llevan a cabo. Los arreglos deben ser entendidos como un modo de indicar el paso del tiempo en la relación. Esto es relevante para los servicios sociales en general, porque puede demostrarse que las relaciones se despliegan y se estabilizan conforme pasa el tiempo en un nivel muy detallado de interacción.
