Abstract:
; Do we really know our students? Do they know enough each other? Who are they? Where are they from? What language do they think in? Do they understand the place where they live in? Why their institute has this name? Nombres, ¿para qué os quiero? is a proposal for a metalinguistic study of names (toponimy and anthroponimy) thank to the genres at Spanish class in 3rd ESO. However, this is not just a linguistic work, but it’s a work done in a cooperative group at class in order to talk about language. This is a proposal for living the cultural and linguistic diversity of our students, not as a problem, but as a complex reality to celebrate, especially when the formation of the identity of the teenagers is more important than ever.
