Abstract:
Este estudio se propone demostrar que la �pregunta oral en la sesión de control al gobierno� constituye un género del lenguaje político, encuadrado en el supragénero �sesión del pleno� que, a su vez, pertenece a la familia de géneros �lenguaje parlamentario�. Para ello se realiza el análisis de un corpus del lenguaje parlamentario constituido por las transcripciones de las sesiones del pleno del Congreso de los Diputados. Se observa que este tipo de pregunta no es una interacción conversacional normal, debido a la violación de las máximas de intercambio cooperativo de Grice (1975 y 1978). Sin embargo, los turnos de preguntas y respuestas obedecen al principio de cooperación porque responden a las exigencias dialógicas del momento, el lugar, la finalidad y la norma convencional de referencia, de forma que dichos turnos conforman un género discursivo con una estructuración convencional, para el cual la violación de las máximas es funcional. Posteriormente se realiza un análisis de diferentes funciones comunicativas de la pregunta que lleva a una propuesta de clasificación dentro del lenguaje parlamentario. Se llega a la conclusión de que se puede establecer una categorización de la pregunta, basándose en las condiciones de textualidad de la estructura informativa del texto. ; The purpose of this article is to demonstrate that Question Time in parliamentary sessions represents a subgenre of a wider one, the genre of plenary sessions, within parliamentary genre of political language. We have analyzed a corpus of transcriptions of plenary sessions of the Spanish Parliament. Preliminary results show that this type of question is not a regular conversational interaction trait since it violates the rules of cooperative interchange (Grice, 1975 y 1978). We raise, therefore, the hypothesis that the rounds of questions and answers would rely on the maxims of cooperation, since they follow the dialogical demands of the moment, the place, the purpose and the conventional rules of reference. In other words, they make up a textual genre with a conventional structure, for which the violation of these principles is functional. To support our hypothesis we have conducted a functional analysis of the oral question that has led us to classify it within the genre of parliamentary language. Our conclusion is that it is possible to establish a categorization of the question, based on the textual conditions of the informative structure of the text.
