Abstract:
En adoptant la méthodologie de l’analyse conversationnelle, cette contribution s’intéresse à l’expression de la souffrance émotionnelle dans des consultations de santé avec des demandeurs d’asile en France. L’étude se fonde sur un corpus audiovisuel d’interactions naturelles et propose une analyse multimodale détaillée de séquences dans lesquelles le patient répond à une question du soignant du type « comment ça va ? ». En analysant trois cas de figure différents – une interaction sans interprète, une avec interprète professionnelle et une avec interprète non professionnelle – cette contribution s’interroge sur la façon dont les interprètes prennent en compte les émotions qui émergent dans le discours du patient et lance quelques pistes de réflexion relatives à la formation des figures professionnelles. ; Adopting the methodology of conversational analysis, this contribution focuses on the expression of emotional suffering in health consultations with asylum seekers in France. The study is based on an audiovisual corpus of natural interactions and offers a detailed multimodal analysis of sequences in which the patient answers a question from the caregiver, such as “Comment ça va?” ( “How are you?”). By analyzing three different scenarios—an interaction without an interpreter, one with a professional interpreter, and one with a non-professional interpreter—this contribution questions the way in which the interpreters take into account the emotions that emerge in the patient’s discourse, and it explores several avenues of reflection relating to the training of professionals. ; `resume lang="es"b El presente artículo adopta la metodología del análisis conversacional y se centra en la expresión del sufrimiento emocional de los solicitantes de asilo durante las consultas médicas en Francia. El estudio parte de un corpus audiovisual de interacciones naturales y presenta un análisis multimodal detallado de secuencias, en las cuales el paciente responde a una pregunta del sanitario del tipo « ¿Qué tal está? ». Se analizan tres escenarios diferentes — interacciones sin intérprete, con intérprete profesional y con un intérprete no profesional— y se examina la forma en la que los intérpretes tienen en consideración las emociones que surgen en el discurso del paciente. Se plantean algunos temas de reflexión sobre la formación de los profesionales.
