Abstract:
Amphidraus somondoco sp. nov. Figs 10e–f, 18a, 25b, 25h, 27 Type. Holotype: female from Quebrada La Cristalina, Santa María, Boyacá, Colombia [850 m], [4.859104°N, 73.261385°W], 21.III.2015, V. Muñoz-Charry (ANDES –IN 2899). Etymology. The epithet is a noun in apposition that honors the Somondoco indigenous people of the Chibcha language family, which inhabited the region of the type locality. Diagnosis. Females of A. somondoco sp. nov. are similar to those of A. mae sp. nov. , A. sie sp. nov. and A. sua sp. nov. by the general disposition of the internal structures of the epigyne, but can be distinguished from those by their shorter copulatory ducts, with anterior oval spermathecae, and single, rounded medial pocket in the epigyne (Figs 10e–f). Description. Female (holotype). Total length 3.00. Carapace dark brown with a posterior light brown longitudinal stripe, 1.60 long, 1.12 wide, 0.78 high (Fig. 18a). OC black, 0.66 long.
