Abstract: El texto presenta resultados preliminares de un estudio diagnóstico en proceso titulado "Acceso, uso y apropiación de las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación (TIC) entre la planta docente de la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional"; asimismo, resalta la necesidad de realizar este tipo de investigaciones para orientar algunas acciones institucionales en relación con la inserción de las TIC y la formación de los docentes. ; The text presents preliminary results of a diagnosis study in a qualified process titled "Access, use and appropriation of the Technologies of Information and Communication (tic) in the teaching staff of the Pedagogic National University"; Likewise it emphasizes the need to conduct this type of investigations (research) to conduct some institutional actions in relation to the insertion of TIC and the formation of teachers.
