探討沉浸式族語教學幼兒園教學現況與困境 ; To Explore the Current Situation and Predicament of the Teaching of the Immersive Ethnic Language Teaching Kindergarten

Abstract: 本研究旨在探討討屏東地區沉浸式族語幼兒園教學現況、實踐沉浸式族語教學的方式、實施困境及幼兒園面臨的行政困境。本研究目的為:一、探討參與沉浸式族語計畫之動機為何。二、探討沉浸式族語教學之幼兒園教學現況。三、探討實踐沉浸式族語教學的幼兒園面臨的困境。本研究為質性取向研究,採個別訪談方式進行探究,以屏東縣參與沉浸式族語教學計畫第一期至今從未中斷之三所幼兒園之族語教保員、計畫行政專責人員及其一名協同教保員共七名為研究對象。研究結果如下:一、基於多元原因參與沉浸式族語計畫(一)希望找到適合幼兒階段的族語教學方式,以阻止族語流失。(二)基於長官的鼓勵及支持。(三)可以增加人力,提高教學品質。二、沉浸式族語教學現況(一)利用例行性活動實施族語教學。(二)將族語教學推廣至家庭和社區。(三)主題教學結合在地文化及融入協同教學 三、參與沉浸式族語教學計畫面臨的困境(一)基於教保服務人員的族群背景造成教學理念相悖。(二)沉浸式族語計畫專業團隊的要求形成的壓力。(三)參加沉浸式族語計畫行政專責人員行政壓力龐大。 本研究之研究結果可提供參與沉浸式族教學計畫之幼兒園及欲參與該計畫之幼兒園參考,同時也對教育行政單位、計畫專業團隊及未來的研究者提出相關建議。 ; The purpose of this study is to discuss the current situation of immersive ethnic language teaching in Pingtung area, the methods of practicing immersive ethnic language teaching, implementation difficulties and administrative difficulties faced by kindergartens. The purpose of this research is to explore 1. the motivation for participating in the immersive ethnic language project. 2. the current teaching situation in the implemented immersive ethnic language project Kindergartens 3. the dilemmas faced by kindergartens that practice immersive ethnic language teaching. This research is a qualitative research, using individual interviews to conduct research. The research participants are a total of eight kindergaren teachers, they come from three Pingtung County's kindergartens, those have joined into the immersive ethnic language teaching project since the first phase and never stopped the ethnic language education in their kindergartens. The results of the research are as follows: 1. Participating in the immersive ethnic language project based on multiple reasons: (1) Hoping to find a suitable ethnic language teaching method for early childhood to prevent the loss of ethnic language. (2) Basing on the encouragement and support of the executive chiefs. (3) To increase manpower and improve teaching quality. 2. The current status of immersive ethnic language teaching: (1) Implement ethnic language teaching in routine activities. (2) Extend ethnic language learning to family and community. (3) Thematic teaching is combined with local culture and collaborative teaching. 3. Difficulties faced by participating in the immersive ethnic language teaching project: (1) Contradictory teaching concepts based on personnels' different ethnic backgrounds (2) Pressure from the requirements of the immersive ethnic language teaching project's team. (3) Increased pressure by administrative staffs based on participation in the immersive ethnic language teaching project. The research results of this study can provide references for kindergartens participating in the immersive teaching project and kindergartens who want in the feature to participate in the project, and provide relevant suggestions for educational administration, the immersive enthic language teaching project team and future researchers.
