Le rôle des langues africaines dans la création et le développement des langues businenge/marron
Migge, Bettina. - : Ibis Rouge, 2016
Abstract: This paper discusses the role of the African languages spoken by the creators of the creoles of Suriname/French Guiana. Based on socio-historical data, I show that the Gbe and Kikongo group of languages played an important role in their formation. While there are few direct lexical borrowings, a great number of content and function words in Nenge(e) are semantically similar to their counterparts in Gbe. ; APFOM (Guyane francaise)
