Abstract:
Введение. Незаконная миграция превратилась в глобальную и во многом неконтролируемую проблему, которая связана с угрозами государственной безопасности. Цель. Установление главных детерминант массовой нелегальной миграции в мире и её угрожающих последствий является целью данного исследования. Методология. Диалектический подход к познанию социальных явлений, позволяющий проанализировать их в историческом развитии и функционировании с учётом всей совокупности объективных и субъективных факторов, определил выбор следующих методов исследования: анализа, синтеза, системного, сравнительноправового и документального методов. Результаты. Основная причина массовой незаконной миграции в мире гегемонистская политика США, которая привела к разрушению государственности Ирака и Ливии и спровоцировала создание на их территории террористического формирования нового поколения Исламского государства Ирака и Леванта (запрещённой в РФ организации). Illegal migration has become a global problem that is associated with threats to state security and is difficult to control. Purpose. The study is aimed at establishing the main determinants of mass illegal migration in the world and its threatening consequences. Methodology. The author uses such research methods as analysis, synthesis, systemic, and comparative legal and documentary methods taking into consideration the dialectical approach to the knowledge of social phenomena, which allows to analyze them in historical development and functioning, taking into account all objective and subjective factors. Results. The main reason for the massive illegal migration in the world is the hegemonic policy of the USA, that led to the destruction of the statehood of Iraq and Libya and provoked the formation of a new generation of terrorist formations on their territories the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (banned in the Russian Federation).
