; This thesis project wants to enter a new "meaning" to citizenship education starting from experience, viewpoints and imaginary lived and expressed in terms of legality by teachers in various cultural and social contexts, in order to rethink educational and training models to be acted in innovative organizational and management environments. In particular, research set the dual objective to analyze the psychometric properties and factor structure of the instrument used for assessment of legality perceived and represented in educational system, whereas the second objective concerned the analysis of any differences in the sample considered in relation with individual representations of the legality construct. Results achieved showed good reliability indices of the instrument. It was possible to outline how the kind of school variable affects significantly on representations and perceptions of legality construct in the school system, through a series of univariate and multivariate analysis of variance. Furthermore, qualitative analysis was conducted and it made possible to assess strengths and weaknesses of the school system in terms of legality points on the basis of assessments made by teachers, to be used as starting point for a reform of the educational and training system.
