Abstract:
; Sarrera: Gizartean eta hezkuntzan gutxienez bi hizkuntzetan konpetentzia lortzea garrantzi hartu du baina oraindik ere guraso eta hezitzaile askok elebitasun goiztiarraren inguruan kezkak dituzte. Gaiaren inguruko jarrera ezkorrak mito eta gaizki ulertuengatik gertatu dira. Elebitasunaren mitoei buruzko ikerketa gutxi egin dira eta gehienek neuromitoak ikertu dituzte. Helburua: Nafarroako irakasle eta Haur eta Lehen Hezkuntzako ikasleek elebitasuna eta hezkuntza elebidunaren inguruan dituzten mitoak ikertzea. Metodologia: 162 partehartzaile daude, ,9a Haur Hezkuntzako ikasleak, ,7an Lehen Hezkuntzakoak eta ,4a irakasleak. Gehienak emakumeak ziren (𝑥̅=29 urte). Elebitasunaren inguruko mitoak ebaluatzeko 23 itemeko inkesta bat erabili zen. Emaitzak: Oraindik ere mito batzuk mantentzen dira. Eztabaida gehien sustatu zituztenak “etxean gaztelera hitz egiteak euskara edo ingelesa eskolan ikasteari kalte egingo dio” eta “euskara edo ingelesa ikasteko zailak dira” baieztapenak izan ziren. Ondorioak: Hezkuntza arloan dauden mitoak identifikatu egin dira eta hauek desmitifikatzeko ikastaroak behar direla dirudi. Izan ere, irakasleak baitira gurasoei gomendioak ematen dizkiotenak gairen inguruan. ; Introduction: Achieving proficiency in at least two languages has become important in society and education, but many parents/educators have concerns about this. Negative attitudes towards this topic are due to myths and misunderstandings. Few studies have focused on myths about bilingualism, and most included neuromyths. Objective: determine the teachers´ and students´ (elementary and primary education) misjudgment regarding bilingualism/bilingual education. Methodology: 162 people, 17.9% students from elementary education, 45.7% primary education, and 36.4% teachers, participated in the study. The majority were women (𝑥̅=29 years old). A survey about myths of bilingualism was used. Results: Some myths remain. The most controversial were “speaking Spanish at home will be detrimental for learning Basque or English at school” and “Basque or English are difficult to learn”. Conclusions: Myths have been identified in the educational field, demystify them seem necessary, since teachers often make recommendations on the topic to parents. ; Graduado o Graduada en Maestro en Educación Primaria por la Universidad Pública de Navarra ; Lehen Hezkuntzako Irakasletzan Graduatua Nafarroako Unibertsitate Publikoan
