Abstract:
This article presents a discursive analysis of the “Presentation” of the National School Feeding Booklet (CNAE), published by the MEC in 2014. From the theoretical and methodological questions of the French Speech Analysis Founded by Pêcheux (2009), and from investigations by Orlandi (1994, 2003, 2015), Florêncio et al. (2009), Cavalcante (2007), Guimarães (2005), among others, we carried out analyzes in two discursive sequences cut from the CNAE, in order to reveal the effects of sense and discursive-ideological constructions in them, especially those of power-elitist that “camouflage” the food and educational responsibilities inherent to the State. ; En este artículo se presenta un análisis discursivo, teniendo como materialidad y corpus de trabajo la “Presentación” del Manual nacional de alimentación escolar (CNAE), publicado por el MEC en 2014. A partir de los aspectos teórico-metodológicos del Análisis del Discurso de línea francesa, fundado por Pêcheux (2009), y las investigaciones de Orlandi (1994, 2003, 2015), Florencio et al. (2009), Cavalcante (2007), Guimarães (2005), entre otros, realizamos un análisis en dos secuencias discursivas recortadas de la CNAE, con el fin de revelar efectos de significado y construcciones discursivo-ideológicas presentes en ellas, sobre todo, los efectos del poder elitista que “camuflan” las responsabilidades alimentares y educativas del Estado. ; O presente artigo realiza uma análise discursiva tendo como materialidade e corpus de trabalho a “Apresentação” da Cartilha Nacional de Alimentação Escolar (CNAE), publicada pelo MEC em 2014. A partir das questões teórico-metodológicas da Análise do Discurso de linha francesa fundada por Pêcheux (2009), e as investigações de Orlandi (1994, 2003, 2015), Florêncio et al. (2009), Cavalcante (2007), Guimarães (2005), dentre outros, empreendemos análises em duas sequências discursivas recortadas da CNAE, com o intuito de desvelar efeitos de sentido e construções discursivo-ideológicas nelas presentes, em especial os de poder-elitizado que “camuflam” as responsabilidades alimentares e educacionais inerentes ao Estado.
